To be eligible for an exchange, the reason must align with our return/exchange policy.
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.
For exchanges, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Upon receiving and processing your cancellation request, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
